Generating the JET report

These tasks must be performed before you can generate the JET report:

On the Process Defaults form, set Enable Audit Logging to 1. This must be done as soon as you start using this site and before any field values are changed. See General configuration of the product for France.
On the Journal of Technical Event Codes form, verify with your auditors whether the predefined values include all of the types and codes that they require. If not, add types to the appropriate codes. If you add new codes to monitor, ensure that they are also added to the Audit Log Types form. See Setting up audit log codes and types for the JET report.

To generate the report:

Open the Journal of Technical Events Report form.
This form is enabled only if the France Country Pack is enabled on the Optional Modules form.
Specify the Fiscal Year or the Year Start Date and Year End Date.
By default, the Fiscal Year is the current fiscal year, and the current fiscal year's start and end dates are displayed. If you change the fiscal year, the appropriate start and end dates are displayed. If you clear the Fiscal Year, the start and end dates are also cleared and you can set a different range for the year start and end date.
If all fields are cleared, the report returns information for all fiscal years.
Click Preview to preview the report.
Click Print to generate the report as a DataView.
