Setting up audit log codes and types for the JET report

Use the Journal of Technical Event Codes form to set up codes and types to be monitored. This form is enabled only if the France Country Pack is enabled on the Optional Modules form.

On the Journal of Technical Event Codes form, review the existing codes and types with your auditors.
Notice that the System field is selected for predefined information. Descriptions are available in French or English, depending on your site language. You cannot delete the predefined information, but you can change the description. You can add, update or remove additional codes and additional types of data within a code.
To add a new JET code, click in the left grid and add the code and descriptive text.
To add a new type (database table and column to be monitored), select the JET code to which it will belong. Then specify the database table and field (column) name.
When you enter the table name, it is verified to ensure that it exists. The field is not verified.
After you add the new tracked field on this form, you must also add it to the Audit Log Types form.
