Reprinting invoices

French law is very strict regarding the reprinting of invoices. The reprinted invoices must be strictly identical in content to the original, but they must also contain certain information such as the term "DUPLICATE," and the reprint number.

Currently, SyteLine only partially meets legal expectations, so access to forms that allow reprinting of invoices must be prohibited.

When the initial invoice is printed, it must be stored in PDF format. When reprinting, the same original invoice must be used, and manually or by means of a stamp, the words 'CONFORM TO ORIGINAL', followed by 'DUPLICATE No. 00' must be imprinted on the duplicate.

The duplicate invoice must be stored in PDF format in the same place as the original.
