G/L Posted Transactions Account Summary

This form shows a summary of transactions using one account number for each of the currently defined accounting periods.

It also shows the budget and plan values for the current fiscal year for the account number selected and the reporting units of the posted transaction (ledger record) that the cursor was on when entering this form. The budget and plan columns are the sum of the chart records for each of the four reporting units for the current account. The actual column is similar. The actual values for the account number and all four reporting units are totaled.

Note: If you attempt to display the form for View by Account Summary and the account number you enter does not exist in the Chart of Accounts, the system will display a message that no chart entry was found.
