Fixed Asset Class Codes
Use class codes to categorize assets on the General Ledger. You establish these class codes in the system after you enter all the necessary accounts. When you enter fixed assets records for each asset, the system verifies that you have defined the class codes.
Use the Where Used option on the menu to display records throughout the system that would be affected if you delete the selected code or entry.
