A/R Customer Bank Account

Use this form to link customers with their bank routing and account numbers.

This information is used during the A/R Payment Import Workbench validation process. When a payment is processed, the system checks to see if a record exists on this form for the bank routing and bank account. If so, it uses that information to find the customer associated with the payment. If not, you must specify the customer in the workbench, and a record is added to this Customer Bank Account form for future reference.

You can also add and delete records manually in this form.
