USA Name

Note: This field is enabled only if you select Electronic Filing in the Filing Method field.

Enter the name used in Vendor Master records for the United States. The name entered on this form will be compared against the country name found in the Vendor Master table for each vendor receiving a 1099 form to identify vendors outside the United States.

This field is required. However, if the Country field in the Vendor Master is blank for all U.S. vendors, then leave this field blank also.
