FSB Unit Code (1 - 4)

On the Multi-FSB Chart of Accounts form, specify the unit code access permissions for each unit of the selected FSB account. Options are:

• No Access: The Unit Code Reporting Unit field is not accessible for this account anywhere in the system. If this option is selected, this Unit Code will not be posted. The system also disables the corresponding Unit Code tab on this form and deletes the corresponding unit codes when you save the account record.
• Accessible: The Unit Code Reporting Unit field is accessible for this account everywhere in the system. If this option is selected, users throughout the system are prompted to enter a Unit Code for the associated account.
• Required: The Unit Code Reporting Unit field is required for this account everywhere in the system. If this option is selected, users throughout the system are required to enter a Unit Code for the associated account.

Unit code access permissions can be specified only if no GL account is selected on the GL Accounts tab.
