Single Date To All Entries
Select this check box if you want to assign the same date to all the posted transactions. The date you enter in the Date For All Transactions field will be used. Typically, you will use this option for Standard journals that contain recurring entries so that all the dates in the journal do not have to be reset.
Caution:
The journal
transaction's date is set by this action. When the transaction is posted,
the ledger transactions have the specified date as well. This situation
is probably satisfactory for Standard journals, but it could be a problem
for Distribution journals.
Do not select this check box if you want to preserve the original dates of the transaction.
The system clears and disables this check box when you select the Post in Background Queue check box.
