Method

After the initial dunning letter is sent, all additional letters will be triggered based on the Days Incremented field on the Dunning Schedules form. However, the Days Incremented value is interpreted differently depending on what you specify in the Method field. The two methods are:

Dunning Date

Days Incremented represents the number of days that must pass from the dunning due date before the next dunning stage is triggered.

Staged

Days Incremented represents the number of days that must pass from the dunning stage before the next dunning stage is triggered.
