Manifest

When filing electronically, a manifest is generated with the tax form which is made up of the information specified in the fields in the Manifest group box. Specify this information as appropriate:

• Prior Data Year
• Test File
• Test Scenario ID
• Software ID
• Transmitter Foreign Entity
• Submission ID
• Transmitter control code
• Vendor first and last name
• Vendor phone number
