Less Than or Equal to (Days)

Enter the possible maximum age in days for an invoice for each of the five aging periods. The second, third, fourth, and fifth dates are based on the due date or the invoice date, as determined by the first date. The number entered indicates the lower limit for each entry. Use negative numbers to indicate future due dates and positive numbers to indicate past due dates. Enter the numbers in ascending order. The first <= field is usually a negative number, indicating items due in the future.

For example, if you specify -61 in the <= (first) field shows all items that are due in 61 or more days.

Entering -31 in the <= (second) field shows all items that are due in 31 to 60 days.

Entering 0 in the <= (third) field shows all items that are due in the next 30 days.

Entering 30 in the <= (fourth) field shows all items for which payment is overdue from 1 to 30 days.

Entering 9999 in the <= (fifth) field shows all items that are late more than 31 days.

On the Inventory Aging Report, enter the maximum age in days for material transactions for each of the five aging periods.
