Approving or Rejecting PO Requisitions

Managers can use the Approve PO Requisitions form to approve or reject a selected employee's requisition.

  1. In the menu bar, click the ellipsis button and select PO Requisitions > Approve Purchase Order Requisition.
  2. Optionally, select one of your direct reports from the Employee field.
    This enables the buttons on the form.
  3. Select a range of requisition lines for the selected employee.
  4. Optionally, specify a range of dates to filter the requisitions based on date.
  5. Optionally, specify a range of company vendors to filter the requisitions based on vendor.
  6. Select the POs to approve or reject.
  7. Click Preview to display the available POs for the selected employee in the grid, filtered based on the selected criteria.
  8. Click Approve to approve the selected PO requisition requests, or click Reject to reject the selected requests.

    An alert notification is sent to both you and the employee, indicating that the PO requisition request was approved or rejected.
