Data Collection Parameters
This form controls how SyteLine manages Data Collection. Use this form to set up system parameters for SyteLine, including:
- auto-posting options for error processing files
- job grace time
- overtime limits
If the auto-post parameter is selected for an error processing file, the system automatically posts the transaction to the SyteLine database. If the auto-post parameter is not selected, you must post the transactions manually during error processing.
Note: The appropriate background process must
be running in order for SyteLine
to post the transactions to the database automatically. Use the buttons on the Background
tab to set up and start background tasks for the selected Auto-Post options.
