Status

This field displays the status of the stock movement transaction. Possible values include:

• Unposted: The transaction is waiting to be posted.
• Pending: The transaction was in error and is updated. The system validates it during posting. If it is valid, the transaction is used to update the database. If the pending transaction is invalid again, the status changes back to Error, and the transaction must be corrected again before it is posted.
• Error: An error was detected in this transaction. The transaction must be updated and the error corrected before it can be posted to the database.
