Unit Price

On the Customer Order Lines and Estimate Lines form, the unit price displays. For information about how the system determines item prices, see Calculating Unit Price.

On the Estimation Worksheet form::

  • This field displays the unit price of one unit of the item as it currently appears on the estimate line item to which the job refers. You can change the unit price. The Markup indicator next to the Unit Price field shows whether the price is marked up from cost. Specify a domestic currency amount in the field for a fixed price, which also clears the Markup indicator.
  • To allow the system to calculate the unit price, click Reprice.

On the Customer Order Blanket Releases form, this field contains the per unit price for the line/release. The unit price defaults from the Customer Order Blanket Lines unit price. You can change this value if you like. Also, if you clear the Unit Price field and move to another field, the system inserts the blanket line Contract Price into the Unit Price field.

On the Consolidated Invoices Workbench form, the field displays the unit price specified for the current invoice line item in the Customer Order Lines form.
