Summary

To determine the type of DIFOT report to generate, specify one of these options:

• Customers: Generates a report for a single customer or a range of customers. If a range, this report separates the customers within the report.
• Ship Date: Generates a report sorted by shipping dates for a specified range of dates. If you do not specify a range of dates in any of the available date-range fields, this report includes all shipping dates.
• Month: Generates monthly summaries for a specified range of dates. If you do not specify a range of dates in any of the available date-range fields, this report includes all months that the system has been in operation.
• Accounting Period: Generates summaries for accounting periods as defined in the Accounting Periods form. You can use the date-range fields to specify a date range.
