Status

This field displays the status of the earned rebate. Possible statuses are:

• Pending: Indicates that the earned rebate may be eligible to generate open credit memos using the Earned Rebate Credit Workbench. You can manually change Pending to Hold for a selected record, to prevent the earned rebate from being processed on that form.
• Hold: Used to prevent earned rebates from being processed. You can manually change Hold back to Pending, to allow the earned rebate to be processed.
• Applied: Indicates that the earned rebate has been applied to an open credit memo.
• Expired: Indicates that the earned rebate was expired before it was applied to an open credit memo and that the deferred revenue entry has been reversed.
