SRO Template

This field is displayed only for licensed users of Service.

On the General tab of the POS Setup form, specify the service order template to use as a default for Point of Sale service order entries.

On the Cash Drawers tab of the POS Setup form, specify the service order template to use for a specific cash drawer that is used for POS service order entries. This field is ignored for cash drawers that are used for POS customer order entries.

Templates are set up and maintained through the Service Order Templates form.
