On the Estimate Commission Distribution form, this field will appear blank because estimating does not include provision for a salesperson. If you do not enter or select a salesperson, the system will not generate commission for this record.

On the Salesperson Commission Distribution form, enter the salesperson who receives commission for this order. The salesperson entered on the Customer Orders form will automatically display in this field. (If no salesperson was entered on the Customer Orders form, this field will be blank, and the system will generate no commission for the record.)
