Show in Drop-Down Lists
Selecting the Show in Drop-Down Lists check box indicates that the customer's ship-to address is available for selection on customer Ship To fields.
Once you clear this check box and designate the ship-to address as not available, the address' sequence number will not display in a ship-to field's drop-down lists on other forms. However, you may manually enter a valid address sequence number.
The default value of this check box is selected. You can select or clear this check box at any time.
Note: The availability
of a ship-to address is specific to a site. If the same customer ship-to
record is used in more than one site, each site will maintain the availability
of that record.
