Setup Cost

The total setup cost of the estimate jobs displays. (This value is quantity invariant.) To calculate the Setup Cost, the system performs this calculation: SC = (TSH * WCSR * 100) / E.

SC = setup cost
TSH = total setup hours for all operations of a particular job
WCSR = work center setup rate for the operation
E = Efficiency

Note: Operations performed outside the work centers are not included in this value.
