Prox Due Day

Enter the day of the month following the invoice date, on which the invoice becomes due. If Prox Due Day is greater than the number of days in the next month, the last day of the next month will be used. Leave the Due Days field blank if the Prox Due Day is to be used.

If the Advanced Terms field is cleared, your options are 0-30.

If you select the Advanced Terms field, your options are:

• 0-30
• 99

Entering 99 instructs the system to set the due date to the last day of the month in which the calculated date falls.

EXAMPLE: If your terms are 2/10 Prox 30, then the Prox Due Day field is 30.
