Prospect
On the Prospects form, enter the number to use for identifying this prospect. This number is used to identify this prospect's record throughout the system. If you do not specify a number, the system assigns the next unique number available when you save the record.
On the Leads, Estimates, Estimate Projects, Prospect Interactions, and Opportunities forms, select the prospect you want to assign. For forms that also have a Customer field, if you select a prospect, the Customer field is disabled.
This field appears in two places on the Estimates form; in the header and on the Address tab.
On other forms, the prospect number displays.
Note: If you specify
a number and the number contains a special character which is the same
as the current default wildcard character, you must change the wildcard
character. Refer to Using
Wildcard Characters for additional information.
