Price Method

Specify the method by which surcharges are calculated. Choose from the following:

• Fixed: No surcharge is applied.
• Single Date: The surcharge is calculated based on a specific date, which is defined in the Reference Day field.
• Averaged Dates: The surcharge is calculated based on the average of several dates, which are defined on the Offset Interval, Offset Method, Start Date Time, and End Date Time fields.
