Ordered Quantity Tolerance Under

Use this field to specify the amount of undersupply allowed for a customer order, as a percentage.

When the system calculates DIFOT, this value determines how much undersupply is allowed before DIFOT fails. This setting does not control whether an undersupply can occur. This setting only controls how any undersupply is evaluated for the DIFOT standard. For more information, see About DIFOT (Delivered In Full and On Time).

Specify one of these values:

• Blank: Any amount of undersupply is allowed.
• 0 (zero): No undersupply is allowed.
• Positive numbers: This number sets the percent of undersupply allowed.

On the Order Entry Parameters form, this field sets the system default values.

On the Update Order DIFOT Policy form, this field determines the value to which selected records are set in the Customer Order Lines form and Customer Order Blanket Releases form.
