Line Status

Enter the status of the blanket line. Valid options are:

• Planned: All the line/releases are in the Planned state. As soon as one line/release has a status of Ordered, the blanket line status becomes Ordered.
• Ordered: The default status at order entry.
• Complete: Holds line/releases that all have been completed.

If the CO header status is not Complete, the blanket line status may be changed from Complete to Ordered.

In order for the blanket-line to qualify for the Complete status, the quantity invoiced of each line/release, totaled, must equal the quantity shipped. As items are returned, the quantity shipped value is decreased.

If you try to change a blanket line/release from Ordered to Complete when the amount shipped does not equal the amount invoiced, you will receive an error message.
