Late by Date

When processing customer orders, select the date to use for comparing with the Base Date to determine number of days late:

• Desired Ship Date: Select this option to use the Request Date from the customer order line and the date used by the manufacturer to schedule production.
• Original Promise Date: Select this option to use the Due Date from the customer order line.
