Item

Select the item the customer will be returning.

If the item you select is not in the Items form, a warning message displays. If you ignore the warning, the system will accept the non-inventoried item in this field.

Note: If the Show in Drop-Down Lists check box on the Items form is cleared for an item, it will not display in this field. However, you may manually enter the item without causing an error.

If the original customer order is known, and the item you enter is different form the item originally sold on that order, a warning will display. If you ignore the warning, the system will accept the item in this field.

Note: On the RMA Line Items form, the item must already exist; you cannot add a new item number from this form.
