Favorite

On the Customers and Multi-Site Customers forms, select this check box to display a customer as a favorite on your My Favorite Customers widget (Favorite view), which appears on your Mingle Homepages’ Customer Service Representative page.

The Customer 360 form will also show a read-only Favorite field with a customer's favorite status.

Note: On the Customers Query and Multi-Site Customers Query forms, you can find your favorite customers by choosing the Favorite value in the Property field.
