External Warehouse Line Changed

This field is automatically selected when the External Ship Status is not set to Allocated and a user makes a change that affects a customer order line that will be shipped from an external warehouse. Changes to these fields affect the shipment and cause the field to be selected:

• Status
• Quantity Ordered
• Unit of Measure
• Due Date
• Item

When you print the Order Verification Report for the order, the External Whse Line Changed field is cleared. Printing this report sends a BOD that informs the external warehouse application about the changes.
