Customer

Select the number of the customer who is returning material. If the number is valid, the customer information displays. The return of material can only be authorized for an existing customer.

This field is required to add a record.

Note: If the Show in Drop-Down Lists check box on the Customers form is cleared for a customer record, that record will not display in this field. However, you may manually enter the customer record without causing an error.

On the RMA Return Transaction form, the customer number displays.
