Reason Code

Select a reason code to identify why a customer has returned the item or items. This field is required for returns.

The Reason Code field is activated in any of these cases:

• CR Return is not selected and the quantity is less than zero.
• CR Return is selected and Return to Stock is selected.
• CR Return is selected and the Activate EU Reporting check box is selected on the General Parameters form.
