By Consignment

When using European Union (EU) reporting, if the shipment is by consignment, select this check box. If the shipment is not by consignment, clear this check box.

Note: If you are not using EU reporting, this option is disabled. To use EU reporting, you must select the Activate EU Reporting check box on the General Parameters form.
