Quantity Available

This field displays the quantity available to ship. This field is calculated as follows: Available = Item/Warehouse quantity On Hand + (CO line Quantity Ordered - CO line Quantity Shipped) - Item/Warehouse Alloc Order - Item/Warehouse Alloc Transfers - Items Allocated to Production (if CO is for the default warehouse).

• The item warehouse used is the warehouse designated on the CO line item.
• The quantity yet to be shipped on the line is added to on hand because it is included in the "Alloc Order" figure. Otherwise, the quantity required for the line being displayed would be incorrectly deducting the quantity shown as available.
• The Allocated to Production is only deducted if the CO line is for the default warehouse since the system assumes all manufacturing is being done in the default warehouse.
