Customer Service Home - DataViews Tab

The DataViews tab on the Customer Service Home form shows DataViews related to the customer.

Use the radio buttons to select the DataView to display:

• Customer Orders
• RMAs
• Projects
• Customer A/R History
• Opportunities
• Conracts
• Incidents
• SROs

Use the Customer field to filter by customer.

For each DataView, you can select the status of the orders you want to display.
