Automatically Changing Invalid Customer Order Due Dates

Invalid order dates occur on days when no personnel will be available to ship or receive the items. You can manually change them to valid dates, or use the Change CO Line/Release Invalid Due Date Utility form.

To automatically change due dates from invalid to valid, use these steps:

  1. Open the Change CO Line/Release Invalid Due Date Utility form.
  2. Specify an Order Type and Line/Release Status.
  3. To restrict the activity to specific records, specify ranges of orders, customers, order dates, due dates, or release dates.
  4. Select Move Forward to use the closest valid date after the invalid date, or select Move Backward to use the closest valid date before the invalid date.
  5. Click Preview to preview the changes before making them.
  6. Click Print to run the utility.
