Using the RMA Status Report
On the RMA Status Report,
generate different views of your current RMA data.
For example, to determine this: | Request this information in your report: |

How many returns were initiated because of quality problems? | A range of problem codes covering quality issues |
How many RMAs are still open after three months? | Status of "open" and an appropriate date range |
How many of a specific product have been returned? | Item number |
How much material have we scrapped this month? | "Scrapped" disposition code and one-month range |
You can produce this report for a range of RMAs, customers, warehouses, RMA dates, problem codes, RMA lines, items, evaluations, and dispositions. You can sort it by RMA or customer.
You can select the statuses of the RMAs and RMA lines to include in the report. You can also elect to print internal and external notes.
