Configurator URL

Note: In the cloud environment, this value is provided automatically. You should not change it unless advised by Infor.

Specify the URL of the Infor CPQ application. The URL is defined when the Infor CPQ product is installed. You can use this URL to access multiple Infor CPQ products. See the Infor CPQ documentation for more information.

Use a URL in this format:

http://servername/InstanceName/ConfiguratorService/IntegrationService.svc

For example:

http://myserv/PCM/ConfiguratorService/IntegrationService.svc

You can test the URL by opening it in a web browser outside of SyteLine. If the URL is correct, a page titled ConfiguratorService Service displays and indicates that a service has been created. If this page does not display, there is something wrong with the URL; contact the Infor CPQ system administrator.

A multi-line error message starting with "CfgLoadNameSpaces Exception: Resolution of the dependency failed..." usually means that the Configurator URL is not correct. If the URL is correct, but the Configuration Application ID is incorrect, the following message displays: "CfgLoadNameSpaces Exception: Invalid."
