Items - Paper Work Lead Time

Enter the number of days it takes to fill out the necessary forms before a job or purchase order can be started (the time required to convert a planned order into a Released PO or Released Job).

The system sums the Paper Work Lead Time with the Fixed Lead Time (see “Items - Fixed Lead Time” for more information) and Dock-to-Stock Lead Time (see “Items - Dock-to-Stock Lead Time” for more information) and APS Planning uses this lead time when calculating the planned order release dates.
