SQL Host Name
Enter the name of the server on which the application database is installed.
Note: If you have multiple instance installations
of SQL Server on this server, enter the SQL Host Name as servername\instancename,
where instancename is the SQL Server instance that contains the application
database. For example, MYSERVER\MYINSTANCE.
