Sourced measures

This table shows the measures that are sourced directly in Data Warehouse:

Measure	Measure description
Actual Amount	Actual Amount is the actual amount from the ledger period totals, pertot, file. It is calculated by the amount minus summary.
Actual Revenue	Actual Revenue is the credit amount on a revenue account. It is calculated from the actual amount (pertot.amt - pertot.summary) multiplied by -1 when account type is R. When account type is not R, it is equal to 0.
Budget Revenue	Budget Revenue is the credit amount on a revenue account for budget. It is calculated from the budget amount multiplied by -1 when account type is R. When account type is not R, it is equal to 0.
Planned Revenue	Planned Revenue is the credit amount on a revenue account for plan. It is calculated from the plan amount multiplied by -1 when account type is R. When account type is not R, it is equal to 0.
Actual Expense	Actual Expense is the debit amount on an expense account. It is from the actual amount (pertot.amt - pertot.summary) when account type is E. When account type is not E, it is equal to 0.
Budget Expense	Budget Expense is the debit amount on an expense account for budget. It is from the budget amount when account type is E. When account type is not E, it is equal to 0.
Planned Expense	Planned Expense is the debit amount on an expense account for plan. It is from the plan amount when account type is E. When account type is not E, it is equal to 0.
Actual Profit	Actual Profit is calculated from the actual revenue minus actual expense.
Budget Profit	Budget Profit is calculated from the budget revenue minus budget expense.
Planned Profit	Planned Profit is calculated from the planned revenue minus planned expense.
Actual Liabilities	Actual Liabilities is the credit amount on a liabilities account. It is calculated from the actual amount (pertot.amt - pertot.summary) multiplied by -1 when account type is L. When account type is not L, it is equal to 0.
Actual Owners Equity	Actual Owners Equity is the credit amount of an owners equity account. It is calculated from the actual amount (pertot.amt - pertot.summary) multiplied by -1 when account type is O. When account type is not O, it is equal to 0. And the owner’s equity should also include actual profit.
Actual Assets	Actual Assets is the debit amount on an assets account. It is from the actual amount (pertot.amt - pertot.summary) when account type is A. When account type is not A, it is equal to 0.
Budget Amount	Budget Amount is the budget amount from the Chart of Accounts Budget and Plan file.
Planned Amount	Planned Amount is the planned amount from the Chart of Accounts Budget and Plan file.
Budget Variance	Budget Variance is calculated from Actual Amount minus Budget Amount.
Planned Variance	Planned Variance is calculated from Actual Amount minus Planned Amount.
Current Rate Amount	Current Rate Amount is the report currency amount in current exchange rate for the period.
Average Rate Amount	Average Rate Amount is the report currency amount in average exchange rate of the specific fiscal period.
End Rate Amount	End Rate Amount is the report currency amount in end exchange rate of the specific fiscal period.
Average Budget Amount	Average Budget Amount is the budget amount from the Chart of Accounts Budget and Plan file in average exchange rate of the specific fiscal period.
Average Planned Amount	Average Planned Amount is the planned amount from the Chart of Accounts Budget and Plan file.
Average Budget Variance	Average Budget Variance is calculated from the Average Rate Amount minus the Average Budget Amount.
Average Planned Variance	Average Planned Variance is calculated from the Average Rate Amount minus the Average Planned Amount.
Current Rate Actual Revenue	Current Rate Actual Revenue is the credit amount on a revenue account. It is calculated from the actual amount (pertot.amt - pertot.summary) multiplied by -1 when account type is R. When account type is not R, it is equal to 0.
Current Rate Budget Revenue	Current Rate Budget Revenue is the credit amount on a revenue account for budget. It is calculated from the budget amount multiplied by -1 when account type is R. When account type is not R, it is equal to 0.

Current Rate Actual Profit	Current Rate Actual Profit is calculated from the actual revenue minus actual expense.
Current Rate Budget Profit	Current Rate Budget Profit is calculated from the budget revenue minus budget expense.
Current Rate Planned Profit	Current Rate Planned Profit is calculated from the planned revenue minus planned expense.
