Get information needed for the update

The command operations that are used to update spaces require either the Space ID or the Space Name. The Space ID is a unique ID. The Space Name is in double quotations if your space name has a space in it. For example: “Space Name”.

To find the Space ID:

  1. Go to Birst Home 2.0.
  2. Click the Admin menu option at the bottom of the left-side panel.
  3. Select Space Management > Select Space > Space Properties. The ID is located in the first text box.
    In Classic Home, you can find the Space ID in the space Admin > Manage Space tab > Modify Properties.
