Using the Form Action Threshold form

Only on-premises users can make changes to this form. The first three fields on this form are read-only and show the form name, form action, and notification threshold. If the Threshold Enabled field is selected, you can elect to be notified via e-mail.

  1. Select or clear the Threshold Enabled field depending on whether you want to receive a prompt and/or a notification if a threshold is met.
  2. In the Prompt Threshold field, specify the number of records you want to be the threshold to receive a prompt or a notification.
  3. Specify a description in the Description field.
  4. If you want to receive a notification via e-mail, set that up with the FormActionExceedsThresholdNoticeReceiver name on the Event Global Constants form.
  5. Save.
