Groups
Use the Groups form to create groups and to
assign user IDs to them. These groups can be organized in any way that makes sense for
your company or organization -- by location, by organization, by job description, and so
on.
Note: Although the system
allows you to modify or delete the default groups, doing so may cause future conversion
problems while upgrading and other problems. We recommend you copy the records from the
default group to a new group name and modify that. Do not delete or modify default
groups.
Assign users to groups so you can then create group authorizations that apply to every individual/user ID in the group.
