Include Local Freight

Select the box to tax local freight charges. If the box is selected, the system determines whether local freight charges are exempt. Local freight tax amounts are saved for tax reporting.

Clear the box to ignore local freight charges for tax purposes.

Note: This field is enabled only if the tax code is part of an area-based tax system and the Tax Code Type is set to Rate.
