Activating Portal Catalogs

After you have completed one or more portal catalogs, you can activate them for availability on the portal.

Perform one of these tasks:

  • To activate an individual catalog, open the Portal Catalog Workbench form, select the catalog from the drop-down list, and then click Activate.
    Note: The Activate button cannot be used if no items are associated with the catalog or if the catalog has not been built.
  • To activate all planned catalogs, open the Portal Catalog Build Utility form, select Activate all Planned, and then click Process.
