Delete Pending Job Labor Transactions

Use the Delete Pending Job Labor Transactions form to correct or delete pending job labor transactions.

If the system encounters errors during job labor transactions or as a result of production schedule complete transactions, JIT production transactions, work center labor transactions, or backflushing, it flags them as pending job labor transactions until you correct or delete them.

Note: In order for this utility to delete the pending transactions, the job transactions associated with them must exist. If the job transactions have been deleted, the utility will not delete the pending labor transactions.

Usually, you correct the error that prevented posting and then repost the transaction. We recommend that you make corrections before running the End of Period Costing activity. In some cases, you must delete records through the Pending Job Labor Transactions form.

Before you run this utility, you should print and save a hard copy of the transactions you will delete, using the Pending Job Labor Transactions Report.
