Post Job WIP Move Transactions
This form displays when you do a PO receipt that is cross-referenced to a job order.
After you receive the cross-referenced material on the Purchase Order Receiving form, you post the job WIP Move transaction on this form to move purchased items directly from a PO into a job operation in process. If this is the last operation, you can move finished goods into inventory.
If the parent item on the job is serial-tracked and you are moving a quantity into inventory, you can generate new serial numbers. If you are performing a negative PO Receipt, you can perform a withdrawal from inventory (which allows you to select new serial numbers).
If the item is lot-tracked, clicking opens the Add Lot modal form.
