Time Phased Inventory Status

This form displays, by item, the on-hand quantity, and by date, the projected on-hand requirement/receipt quantities, reference and customer/vendor name.

Note: This form does not display any output from running MRP or APS Planning. It does not display any planned orders. Use this form to help you determine when to create jobs if you are not using MRP or APS. If you are using MRP or APS, use the Planning Detail form instead.

If the Plan Materials at Operation Start field is cleared, this form displays job material requirements based on the job's start date. If the Plan Materials at Operation Start field is selected, the operation's start date is used as the requirements date. If the start date is unknown, the requirement is not displayed.

Job and production schedule requirements are extended by the job material scrap factor. A parent job's requirements are displayed only if the job BOM has been copied. Only requirements for the single-level BOM are displayed. For example, if a job requirement comes from two levels up in the BOM, that requirement does not display.

If a requirement and replenishment occur on the same day, replenishments display first (this prevents the display of a negative number).

The Actions menu displays the Change Warehouse option, which allows you to select the warehouse to view inventory demands.
